Site Fees
These prices are for static caravans and seasonal touring caravans. Prices cover you from 1st April 2024 to 1st April 2025. The park is open from Mid-March till Mid-November every year for you to enjoy your holiday home through spring, summer and autumn.
- Static Caravan: £2,220 including VAT with gas and electric metered on top.
- Seasonal Tourer: £1,480 which includes water, electric and winter storage.
In addition, each static caravan sits on a concrete base. Furthermore, each plot offers gas, mains water, electric, sewerage, Freeview television and it’s own parking space right next to the plot. For plots not on mains gas, we supply and deliver gas bottles.
Bills are posted annually before the season starts, these prices include a service charge for the park, water charges, and rates. All static caravan units have their own meter and owners will be invoiced annually according to their usage. We accept payments via BACS, cheque or cash in person.

Camping and Fishing
Our camping field is situated on the River Vyrnwy and offers a level grass area with plenty of room for car parking and awning space next to each pitch. We have 10 electric hook-up points altogether as well as convenient water points and a chemical disposal point. Camping is on a booking only system.
- Adults: £12 per night.
- Children: £6 per night (Age 2-16).
- Electric: £12 per night.
- Shower Tokens: £1 each.
