Welcome to Bryn Vyrnwy Holiday Park.
Welcome to our award winning holiday park, situated in picturesque Mid Wales countryside. We are delighted to have our park selected as a recipient of the coveted David Bellamy Conservation Award at the Gold Level for the fourth year. In addition we are now recognised as officially a “Honey Bee Friendly” park.
An independent family owned and supervised holiday park. Bryn Vyrnwy is located just half a mile east of the village of Llansantffraid Ym Mechain in the heart of rural Mid Wales. Just half a mile from the Shropshire/Powys border, mid-way between the medieval market town of Oswestry and the market town of Welshpool.
The Williams family have farmed at Bryn Vyrnwy for over 70 years. Over the last 29 years, four separate park areas have been created, nestling within 120 acres of farmland, an oasis of peace, tranquillity and beauty, surrounded by rolling hills and within easy reach and good access to the stunning Mid Wales countryside and Welsh coastal areas. The wonderful setting and location of Bryn Vyrnwy Holiday Park, make it an idyllic place to enjoy the privacy and luxury of your very own static caravan holiday home away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Open from 1st April to 31st October, you, your family and friends can enjoy a holiday through spring, summer and well into autumn.
The Park is maintained to a very high standard, with attention to detail paramount. A large variety of flower and shrub borders, well cut and tended grass, mature trees, traditional hedges, grassy banks and natural areas provide the ideal environment not only for wildlife to thrive, but for our holiday home owners and visitors to relax and unwind. Just a short walk from the park areas, the free flowing River Vyrnwy meanders along the boundary of our land, offering a varied habitat that is home to a rich array of flora and fauna. Fishing is also available on the river.
Doug, Jan and Edward offer a warm welcome and friendly service to holiday home owners, their families, friends and visitors.
